Magical Spirituality

The way technology works is almost magical, isn’t it? Virtually no one can actually truly understand the inner workings of a computer, or smart-phone or whoa, the internet, yet we are all “connected” and are able to use these tools to get what we need. We cannot see it, hear it, follow the micro-optic lines carrying the information towards or away from us. However, we expect it, believe in it, even take comfort in it. We know that when we ask google for something and we patiently await nine out of ten times, voila, the answer arrives. We don’t sit in turmoil, questioning our own sanity for believing in something unseen. We don’t writhe in the existential pain of the unknown and our expectation in being the special one who ‘knows’ or ‘gets it’ … We simply ask for something and send our request out into the technological universe with detachment and trust in the forces which come together to manifest our request.
