What Kind of Communication Do You Have?

Every communication can be had with either kindness, ambivalence, or neglect. Choosing kindness is a conscious act resulting in mostly good exchanges, that leave everyone involved feeling RESPECTED and OPEN.

Ambivalent communication is unconscious and unfiltered communication which leaves everyone involved CONFUSED and blind-sighted. Neglectful communication patterns emanate from a DEFENSIVE, FEARFUL presence and received with ANGER resulting in CLOSED communication patterns where ultimately each person involved in the exchange is having their own communication inside their mind working out unresolved childhood dramas. Part of what it takes to communicate kindly is awareness and effort in this practice.
